These terms and conditions govern the use of the GVSB Ltd. website and the construction services we provide. By using this website or entering into a contract with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations

All quotations provided by GVSB Ltd. are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the information supplied by the client and the scope agreed during the site visit. Any changes to the scope may require a revised quotation.

2. Contracts and Deposits

A written contract will be provided for all projects. A deposit may be required before work begins, with staged payments agreed in the contract. Final payment is due upon practical completion and handover.

3. Planning and Regulations

We assist with planning permission and building regulations where required, but it is the client's responsibility to confirm that all necessary approvals are in place before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Site Access and Safety

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the site. We reserve the right to halt work if site conditions become unsafe. Pets, children, and unauthorised visitors should be kept away from active work areas.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee on our building work, subject to proper maintenance and fair wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials apply as provided by the supplier.

6. Liability and Insurance

GVSB Ltd. holds public liability and employer's liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, supply shortages, or regulatory delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are the property of GVSB Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
